Because our programs have limited space and require advance planning for staffing, supplies, and materials, registration fees are subject to the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of a program or single-day camp may be eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable processing or administrative fees.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the start of a program or single-day camp are not eligible for a refund.
A. For multi-week programs, the “start of the program” refers to the first scheduled class date.
B. For single-day camps, the “start of the program” refers to the date of that camp.
We do not offer refunds or prorated fees for missed classes, schedule conflicts, vacations, illness, behavioral dismissal, early pickup, late arrival, or a child choosing not to participate.
Our programs are designed to take place outdoors in a variety of seasonal conditions, including light rain, cold, mud, and heat. Weather-related adjustments may include modifying activities, using covered areas, or changing the structure of the day. Refunds are not provided for ordinary weather conditions.
If Ever Adventure must cancel a program or single-day camp due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, low enrollment, or another reason determined by Ever Adventure, families will be offered a transfer, credit, or refund. By registering, families acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
